The following enhancement requests are submitted for your consideration:
1. On each Board's home page, in the column Created By, add the date that the thread was created. 2. On each Board's home page, in the column Subject, add a link to jump to the last post in the thread. 3. Below the last post on each page of a thread, add a link to jump to the top of that page.
This addition may not be either popular or needed. I personally would find it helpful when I've been away from the forum for a while. As most threads will be marked with the NEW icon, knowing the date of the original post would aid in prioritizing which threads I'd scroll through.
For #2, clicking on the NEW icon takes you to the first unread post in the thread. Not sure we can do what you are asking without turning the other off and that would cause a riot. LOL.
I was unaware on the action of the NEW icon. I have started using this link.
As it turns out, the feature I requested already exists. On the Board's home page, in the column Last Post, under the last poster's handle is a time elapsed link. Clicking that link takes me to directly to the latest post in the thread. Man, I've wasted a lot of time manually scrolling down the last page of threads.
For #3, we put the bread crumbs just above the quick reply box so you can get back to the topic listing after reading all the posts in a thread.
I see the back to top link. However, clicking on it produces no action.
