Supe - except Eli had signature play and playoff wins plus a SB win over a previously undefeated Pats' team in the Super Bowl. In only his 4th year. Eli is WAY more proven and clutch than Kirk but I understand the good Eli-bad Eli comparison!

Great discipline against the run today. Very impressed with our defense. Actually, this is the first game this year where both sides of the ball are playing well (so far). Kerrigan kicking all kinds of booty today.

So we come out slinging it.
I'm telling you, Gruden and McVay are too fancy for their own good. They have ZERO idea on how to cement (or at least try to cement) a game. For a "football guy" like Gruden, that should be common knowledge. So disappointing to have a coach who doesn't know any better.
Ross and Grant are worthless. We need to work on replacing those guys soon.
LOL. I wanna disagree with you but I can't.
Don't get me wrong, I really like those two guys and desperately want to see them do well. They are workers, but it just doesn't show up on the field. I think we've given them enough chances to show a modicum of in-game positive capability. Going to be very interesting to see what we do at WR next offseason.

Then worst part is hearing Gruden defending all the stupid plays when we obviously should have run the ball. He truly is just a ladder rung down from Spurrier. I almost believe he'd rather lose throwing it than win running it. He really believes in the stupid decisions he makes over and over again. That last play absolutely demanded a run. With the way our line is owning them today....I just....I can't understand it. We CANNOT win big this way, folks.
