Chicken Licken has nothing on some of you, perspective seems to be in short supply.
The Cardinals were always going to be dangerous, especially with us missing the #1 TE in the League, our Centre also goes out with concussion and our LT is finishing a four game ban.
Dropping 23 points on the #1 Defense on the road isn't too shabby.
They are a top Defense and their Offense clicked, with some smart play calls and Johnson looking better than Elliot for me.
This is nowhere near as bad as the Dallas debacle last year, but the onus is on us to win out now and secure a wild card.
We've got three home games and each team is below the Cardinals in terms of talent and coaching.
Actually, we have 2 home games and 2 road games. But, I understand your point, though. I never felt this was going to be an easy game. Not to mention, the Cardinals have played totally differently at home, this season, than they have on the road. Really, they have been like Jekyll and Hyde when it comes to home and road games, this particular season.
Facing the #1 defensive team on their turf in a MUST win game for 'em, and we was gonna be in for a tough one. Did we blow opportunities in this one? No doubt about it! It was certainly a winnable game. But, I never thought this would be a "walk in the park." I just felt it would be a tough road game, and we'd find a way to win it in a close one.
