Stop with the overrated QB BS. Cousins is the LAST of our problems. What exactly is overrated? He made the pass to win in KC, threw a pass today that Doctson has to make. What do you want him to do? So he's not a top-5 QB. Theismann and Rypien weren't either. How’d you like that last int? He’s an overrated qb. And anyone who thinks otherwise is a ****ing fool and gives cover to the owner and front office to continue making mistakes. Stop being part of the ****ing problem! Believe whatever you want to believe. He's a quality QB who will only continue to get better.

This is what he is. You don’t pay quality qb what he wants or what he makes now. You pay that to elite qbs. He’s not elite

Stop being part of the ****ing problem! Believe whatever you want to believe. He's a quality QB who will only continue to get better. Cousins isn't the problem and he's not the reason we lost today or the reason the Eagles swept us. There is much blame to go around - front office letting top two WRs go, replacing them with two bums, piles of Injuries, a defense that continues to suck, zero running game (sorry, but Rob Kelley is stop gap at best). There are plenty of issues with this team. Blaming Cousins for being Cousins isn't fair. He's an above average QB but he's not Aaron Rodgers, Tom Brady, or anyone of those rare talents that can will a team to victory. People are acting like he'll develop into that, or that he should be able to do that now. He will never, ever be that guy. But he's a fine QB whom we should've paid two years ago. Only the Redskins could've messed this situation up the way they did.

How do people think Jay is a decent coach? Team, as always, looks so damn unprepared.

Despite all our Injuries this game came down to one play. The fing blocked field goal. Absent that we win. The team doesn't quit. We're not going to win but you can't fault the effort.

And dumbass Allen is the only reason we're paying him that money anyway!

Well time to start looking forward to college basketball ---I have gotten so apathetic about the prospects of the Redskins that I just wish the season was over--I wish I was a season ticket holder so I could to the remaining home games and wear a bag over my head in protest to the most miserable professional sports team in America whose your college BB team.?? mine is the Jayhawks.. and I have the same sentiments. The UNC Tarheels--Carolina Basketball has sustained my need as a sports fan to be able to root for a winner these last 20 + years as the skins have wandered in the wilderness---one thing for sure Dan Snyder is no Moses

It did NOT come down to one play. We look like garbage in the second half, fumbled twice, dropped catchable balls, etc. Saying this game came down to the blocked FG is ridiculous. Dallas would've won this game no matter what given how poorly we played.

He’s on the record turning down a long term deal that would have made him the second highest paid player in the league. Bruce is terrible and effed it up. But KC took advantage and screwed the team and fans by taking too much cap space. And he has a losing record as a starter and against the nfc e. We can win with him if we pay him what he’s worth. We can’t win with him if we pay him what the market will set for him. It takes up too much space that’s needed to sign the guys he needs around him to succeed

Sit Kirk the rest of the year.
Lose out.
It's our only hope. And we'll still bungle it...
And get used to watching the other teams in the division have more success than us while our brain trust pulls excuses out of their collective butts as to hows and whys of it all in hopes of selling the following season's tickets.

If Dan Snyder was half the fan he purports to be, he'd sell the team and apologize for not being able to deliver.
It's the only thing he can accomplish that will ingratiate him to the fans because he's just not smart enough to assemble an organization that is itself smart enough to assemble a winner.
His entire tenure as owner has born this out a thousandfold.

If our o-line was even close to being intact, we'd have won. 1/5...can't believe we were even in the game.

It really didn't till wind picked up in the 4th. I am by no means a KC fan, mostly his perceived value and the detriment it does to the team, but he played pretty well today all things considered.

Bingo!! Read this thread and you'll remember the same on most football afternoons / evenings for the last 20+ years. All of this...inept coaching, underwhelming players and performances, etc., come down to the front office and ownership. Until or unless that changes, these threads won't.

I agree, Snyder doesn't need the money, he should sell the team, write a letter to the fans, say he tried, apologize for his part in this debacle and move on.

We let both 1K receivers walk (which I thought at the time was tantamount to conceding the season), we now have a broken oline. He'll be playing behind a PS line next week in Seattle. Yet, despite that, KC is about the only reason we have a chance to win each week. But it's his fault we lose, right?

Why? Because KC has made 47 mill over two years.
