Just read an extraordinary story how the League is preventing the Rams from using the 1980s blue and yellow strip the Rams used to wear because the League has designated this as their throw back uniform and will only allow them to use it twice a year. Hence why they have ended up with those ridiculous white horned helmet logos.
Who are the owners of the Rams? Are they men or mice? I wouldn't put up with this sh!t from the league office. Just tell them your new colours are the 1980s blue and yellow strip and your throw back uniform will be the 1960s strip of the blue and white, and then just do it. If they dont like it then sue me. They need to take a page out of Al Davis' book. He wouldn't have put up with this sh!t from the league.

Seems all they should have to do is introduce a new throwback uni, and then officially switch back to the gold swirl if they want to. Teams are allowed to change their uni/colors whenever they want to, not sure why the league would limit them on this. Total BS IMO. They've got bigger issues to worry about.

Didn't the league also prevent them from going to the blue and white jersey of the George Allen era and make them wear the one with the gold it in that matched nothing else? If I owned the Rams, I'd want those two--the blue and white as primaries and the St. Louis old-golds as throwbacks.
NFL has lost its compass these days; they've gone from the best to the worst-managed pro-sports league. Remember when they wouldn't let Peyton Manning wear black high-top shoes to honor Johnny Unitas for even one game Johnny passed away?
