One thing I picked up from that video is that he typically got a sack when the whole pocket was breaking down and the QB was already crapping his pants. There weren't as many clean pass rush efforts where it was all on him.
Maybe he augments an already good rush, rather than being the catalyst for one.
And maybe he hasn't been contaminated by Manusky's teachings yet. The DL was pretty dominant yesterday. They were getting a lot of push into the backfield and made it an uncomfortable place for Allen to be. That helped setup our LBs to accumulate 5 of the 7 sacks yesterday. And Ioannidis continues to be the unsung hero (at least in the media) of the DL. Two more sacks for the Temple Owl.
