We certainly look prepared, which is what I wanted more than anything. We looked like a well oiled machine until we got into the redzone, but that's a tough Steelers defense, even without Polamalu back there.
In the limited amount of time that I noticed Selvish Capiers in at RG, he played VERY well. NICE run blocking, especially on the pulls/zone plays and solid pass blocking as well. I REALLY hope he develops into something.
I didn't notice, did Chris Neild play any tonight? I didn't see him make a play, but I never noticed if he was actually in to pay attention to him or not.

is he 66? looked like him. It almost looked like he did not have pads on when shown on the sidelines.

I truthfully kinda zoned out there at the end so he may have been out there and I missed him. He's a short, but big and strong guy. I really hope he does something to stay on the team. He could be the NT we've been looking for if he plays as well in the NFL as he did at WVU.

Rob Jackson will win a job if he keeps this up. 50 was a rock on the right side of the defense in the second half. And Keyaron Fox will play this season. He knows the system and, apart from being held blatantly on the Pittsburgh TD run, he was strong.
RB competition is for real.

Did Ratty put up a depth chart or roster list with jersey numbers? I'm looking at the Redskins site and I don't think it's fully accurate.

There's one up on here. It lists Nield and Chester as both having 66.
The guy on the sidelines with 66 was bald with that pirate beard that neild was sporting.

And our first penalty is on Mike Sellers. LOL.. I really think he is in SERIOUS trouble.... I also think mike Sellers even Larry Michael the homer who is one his biggest fans thinks he won't make the team.

I think Sellers is Toast. Had to watch the Steeler feed. They were talking about the lack of penalties, as if on cue Mike got one.

Was that Steelers feed annoying or what?
They were saying how vanilla their defense was, and the very next play their DC dialed up a kitchen sink blitz.

I noticed the Steelers blitzing a lot, starters included. We didn't seem to have any issue picking them, although one or two did get through once we got close to scoring.
The Steelers D have always been vulnerable to teams who go wide, which is exactly what we did. Hit them with speed and multiple threats.

Graham Gano: Every kick out the end zone. Made 32, 34 and 45 yard Field Goals. He even banked one in on the last one. Starting to feel good about Mike staying with him. Our resident Scot will like this game. Hell, yeah! I didn't stay up on orders of my resident lawyer, however, looks like I'll have some fun dissecting the play by play. The immediate positives seems to be that the OL is gelling, which explains the good overtakes on the wider runs, along with guys pointing out Hurt and Capers doing well. It also sounds like we could have hit home runs on Kerrigan and Jenkins.
