RGIII looked flawless. Got the ball out quick everytime, was accurate, displayed good footwork and executed the offense perfectly. Couldn't ask for a better start. If he continues to do that, we have ourselves a QB. Garcon looked like a legit #1. Kerrigan was all over the place. D as a whole looked good.
Rex however looks like same old Rex. UGH, god I hope he never sees the field this year.
RGIII looked comfortable in there and has a very quick release. Of course, they were generic plays, but he seemed to get the ball out on time and his receivers where he needed to. Even the first one to Garcon was only about a foot to far out of bounds. He'll be able to adjust that in time. I didn't get the quick pass to Davis that was his other incomplete, but it was worth a try.
The OL seemed to block better as the game went on. The first 2 series they seemed to get knocked around a little, but then they started getting comfortable and did better the 3rd series.
Then Rex came in and it went all to hell as usual. BTW I didn't like the Cousins pick, but he does have a livelier arm then I thought and he didn't look bad. I'd like to see him play well enough to get Grossman cut. lol
Griffin looked like what I expected, Cousins really impressed me, he might earn #2 if he keeps that up, Crawford looks like a punt returner, Helu looked tentative, I don't believe the OL gave up a sack, our running scheme looked real chocolate, Baker looks like Jenkins did last year, Jenkins was double teamed a lot, as was Baker, yet they both were pushing guys backwards but we were in a two DL scheme most of their snaps, I think Royster is the real deal, Cousins has real good pocket awareness, Cousins stares down his receivers
