I despise the Eagles more than I do Dallas. I would love to see us destroy that rookie's confidence.

What a great day for football!
Redskins / Eagles Giants / Ravens Cowboys / Packers
If we pull this one off today, then we could be tied for first place today in the NFCE. Just let that notion settle in...
WAKE UP KIRK! TIME TO GO TO WORK!
GO REDSKINS!

I would like to get our run game established early today. I think it will be a little easier today because all-pro DT F. Cox is playing on an injured ankle. Their starting CB L. McCelvin is out today as well.

He wasn't gonna get the first down anyway. It's 2 damn yards. Throw the ball to travel 3 yards. Dumb play call.

Simple. We're without Doctson and Reed and this is the result.

Run defense came to play, and early this time. Great effort so far.

Nice pressure on Wentz from Kerrigan, Bake and Hood. Need to pressure rookies Vitae and Make Wentz wince - all day!

ESPN980 has changed up the internet broadcast of the radio feed for the game.
its a booth view of Sonny, Cooley and he whose name shall not be uttered
during the TV break Cooley is chewing on an unlit SJ9 cigar

STs really deserves credit for their improvement over the last two years. Feels like that accomplishment gets overlooked sometimes. Nice coverage on that last play.

Well it looks like they won't be running the ball once again....
Wanna take bets on how many times they attempt to run the ball?

Clearly, Crowder came to play. Hands of stone, however, from both Grant and Davis. And running game is invisible partly due to our stout opponent.

Defense is keeping us alive. Time for Gruden and McVay to start calling a better game. Almost all of the very few run attempts so far are on plays like 2nd and 11.
This is who Gruden is. Doesn't want to run the ball. Period. He's just not a running coach. He's not really about balance. He says he is, but he's not. That's proven out by now to be lip service. When the heat from fans and media gets too high, they have a balanced game or two, then it is right back to the same old thing. Very tired of that. And that is going to cost us from having sustained success in the long-run.

DJax loves to stick it to the Eagles, doesn't he? He lives for these games.

Okay....now can we get that elusive stand by our defense after we've scored?
Come on DEFENSE!
