And the lack of talent on defense has been poor---and that's on the front office.

the amount of time our Left Guards spend watching the game is depressing.

serious knee jerk reaction. how many former redskin kickers are scattered around this league because coaching changes have resulte in knee jerk duts of young kickers that just needed a little patience! I have zero confidence that we have coaching that can help him. ...I don't cut him...I bring some serious comp in to put a flame up his a$$...keep bringing them in...

Thompson and Kelly are both doing a nice job blocking today.

I definitely agree: Hopkins has too much talent to just simply cut because he's in a slump. However, you absolutely have to bring in competition for him. If he wins it but isn't any better next year, then find a new kicker.

UP THE GUT.
If they can do that, things are looking bright on offense.

I'd like to keep him too if we could bring in an actual coach to,you know, COACH him. But that's the rub.

Kelley is legit. Give him any blocking and he can get 1200 yards easy.

With all the flexing Kerrigan does you'd hope he was strong enough to actually bring a QB down that he gets his hands on.

What in the heck is going on with the short kicks? Don't they remember Smallwoods long return for a TD against us earlier this year?

Now what does the defense do... a stop or give up the lead before the half

With all the flexing Kerrigan does you'd hope he was strong enough to actually bring a QB down that he gets his hands on. My biggest problem with Ryan (and full disclosure: he's maybe my favorite player on the team) is that he is not a consistent disrupter. Forget the sack number of 10. That means little when those sacks are scattered here and there but there is no consistent pressure in between. This defense desperately needs a few guys that can live in the backfield; guys that actually scare other teams and make them have to game plan for them. I honestly can't remember the last player we had on defense that did that. Scot really, really needs to start bringing them in and evening up how and where this team spends its money.

That earlier game in the season when Airman compared Matt Jones to Marshawn I literally laughed out loud, thinking he doesn't watch much Skins football, but hearing the comment about the Eagles comparing Kelley to him is spot on. For some reason it never clicked watching Rob run but hell if he doesn't look like him!
We have a real find here guys!

Damn...can Barry put anyone on this defense in a position to make one of their pass catchers actually have to make a contested catch? Guys are freaking wide open.

Kelley is legit. Give him any blocking and he can get 1200 yards easy. I think he's pushing RB far down the list come April. The guy doesn't go down and is always churning. Gotta love the toughness and his contract won't cripple us. Great find by Scott.

If you can't get home with the blitz, you're going to get torched.

There is no point in blitzing. We NEVER get there on time.
