This game has no bearing on thr next; life in the NFL. We are a good team; it will be a battle. If Kirk plays like he did in week 1, we lose. If he plays well, we win

It's practically a week-to-week league. I wonder if some of y'all just started watching football or curmudgeons.

Ya and tendencies that show up week to week are no big deal right?

People need to stop thinking momentum exists in the NFL. It doesn't. The Steelers got blown out at home by the Jaguars. Now they just beat the Chiefs in KC. Those same Jaguars just lost at home to the Rams. The Ravens won in Oakland, and then just lost at home to the Bears. The only sure thing is that the Browns will get blown out.

There now appears to be another sure thing. The Raiders aint who most thought they were headed into Fed Ex 3 weeks ago tonight! This game has no bearing on thr next; life in the NFL. We broke the Raiders. They came in high and mighty going into Week 3. I remember listening to one of their radio guys who called in a a guest on 980 and he was SO cocky, saying how the Raiders could spot the Skins 7 and still win comfortably. Well we whipped them and they haven't been the same since. Obviously since then Carr got hurt and everything about them has changed, but that was still an at the time quality win.

Injuries don't just happen. Poor training techniques. Poor training staff. Soft training camp and practices make them more likely. What is your expertise? What do you know? I do agree though that the current CBA does result in Injuries since it virtually eliminates any tackling in practice.

Well at least our injured players are returning at some point to play. Heck....the Pack may as well hang it up without Rodgers. And although the gstrings look like they will win tonight....without OBJ and other WRs they are hurting as well.

Good. I don't want the Gnat going 0-16. Too easy to get their next franchise QB. Let them lose twice to us and beat up on Dallas and Philly. Win another game or 3, including tonight and that should take them out of prime QB draft position, but still finish last in NFCE.

Burgundy Blog ✔ @burgundyblog After game, Kyle Shanahan was asked about Cuz's performance: "I didn't really watch much of Kirk."
